How it works
Voltaren Rapid 25 tablets contain the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), diclofenac. Diclofenac works to relieve pain and reduce inflammation (swelling). The active ingredient is rapidly and completely absorbed from the sugar-coated tablets.

How to use it?
Swallow tablets whole with water. For more pain conditions in adults: Initially take 2 tablets, then if necessary, take 1 or 2 tablets every 8 hours. In milder cases, take 1 to 2 tablets initially, then if necessary, take 1 tablet every 8 hours. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. In children 14 years and over: Initially take 1 tablet, then if necessary, take 1 every 8 hours. Do not use more than 3 tablets in 24 hours.

Voltaren Rapid 25 tablets provide short-term treatment of painful conditions where inflammation (swelling) is a problem, such as back or joint pain, muscle strains, sprains, tendinitis and dental pain. It provides relief of the symptoms of acute migraine attacks and period pain.

Do I need to take Voltaren Rapid 25 tablets with food?
Voltaren Rapid 25 tablets will work more quickly if you take them at least half an hour before meals or two hours after meals. But, if they upset your stomach, you can take them with food.
Swallow the tablets with a full glass of water. To help the tablets reach your stomach quickly, do not lie down for about 15 to 30 minutes after taking the tablets.
