We're Updating Our Product Names!

You might notice some changes next time you’re shopping for Voltaren. We're refreshing our product names to make it easier for you to choose the pain relief that suits your needs and preferences — but rest assured, it’s the same effective formula you know. Here’s what’s changing:

  • • Voltaren Osteo Gel 12 Hourly is becoming Voltaren Pain Relief Gel 12 Hourly
  • • Voltaren Emulgel is now Voltaren Pain Relief Gel

Later this year, we will update:

  • • Voltaren Rapid 12.5 will simply be Voltaren Rapid
  • • Voltaren Rapid 25 will change to Voltaren Rapid EXTRA STRENGTH

These updates are rolling out gradually across the range, so you might see both old and new packaging on shelves for a little while.

Voltaren anti-inflammatory gels provide targeted pain relief to the point of pain. They provide pain relief for joint pain, muscle pain and sprains from sports injuries (or from sitting at your desk too long), and those occasional aches, sprains and body pains we all get!

The gel can be applied directly to the painful muscle or joint, and thanks to the Emulgel technology, specifically formulated to penetrate the skin, getting deep into the point of pain. Voltaren Pain Relief Gel 12 Hourly provides pain relief for up to 12 hours deep into the joint, convenient for pains such as mild osteoarthritis in the knee or fingers.

Voltaren Rapid Tablets and Liquid Capsules

Voltaren Rapid tablets and liquid capsules are suitable for relieving pain and reducing inflammation. They are useful for joint pain relief and muscle pain relief. They should be taken with a drink of water and swallowed whole, not crushed or chewed. Also good to know, is Voltaren Rapid tablets and liquid capsules are small and easy to swallow.
